TERMS of SERVICE

i, referred with i, kamaete, the artist, and/or the author, or other relevant url or internet handle, nickname, or name is the party responsible for completing the commission.the commissioner, referred to as you, commissioner, the commissioner, client, the client, or relevant url, internet handle, or name, is the party commissioning this service.the commission, referred to as the commission, the service, the digital service, digital illustration, the product, commissioned piece, art piece, digital product, my work, the work, art, my art, is defined as the digital art piece these terms cover.ㅤㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ i reserve the right to deny service for reasons including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, illegality, distastefulness, and/or disinterest.ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ i reserve the right to terminate service being rendered for any reason. in the case of the necessity of services being terminated by me, the artist, the commissioner is entitled to a full refund of any paid amount.ㅤㅤㅤ↪ refund policy: no refunds, no returns except in cases where artist cancels the commission.ㅤㅤㅤ↪ rights: I am not offering concept or commercial work at the moment, IE i am not doing character concepts, design, assets, logos, or otherwise.ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ i do not release my art of my copyright and i do not consent to my art being used in commercial products, printed for monetary gain, added in art bundles to increase sale price of a character, used in nfts, machine learning, or the authorship of my work being misrepresented.ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ the client retains copyright of characters in cases where their original character is used (original character, oc, etc)ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ i retain the right to post my images in my personal and/or professional galleries, use the work in advertising including but not limited to commissions or other portfolio uses. (i also retain the right to NOT post something.)ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ i retain the right to rework, reuse, or otherwise repurpose any work done for a commission, including but not limited to: using rejected pose sketches as basis for other artwork, using commission for portfolios, etc.ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ you can request anonymous attribution.ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ the commissioner is allowed to use their commissioned piece for personal use. For example: printing it out, putting it in a personal gallery online with attribution, cropping it for your icon, using as a personal banner. For specific use cases that may be commercial use please inquire (IE using as a youtube banner in the case that the youtube channel is monetised).ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ this product is a digital commission and as such no shipping is required.ㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ by sending an inquiry you agree you’ve read and accepted these termsㅤㅤ ㅤ↪ by paying an invoice, in full or in partial, you agree you’ve read and accepted these terms and agree to pay the full amount listed before receipt of the digital product.

SURPRISE COMMISSIONS
1. Use my ko-fi to order a surprise commission.
2. Please fill out the form provided with the character/s and concept/prompt you desire.
3. For ocs, please provide an image reference. Please keep in mind that colors may be different as I do use color overlays, etc. If a specific detail is not shown on the reference (commonly teeth, back of clothes, paw pads, etc) i may make something up.
4. If you have a specific prompt, color palette, emotion, pose, or prop in mind feel free to include it as well, however for these Surprise Commissions I may deviate from these details.
5. Submit the request.
6. If I accept the commission request I may reach out with more questions.
7. I will send you the fullsize, unwatermarked image.

SIMPLE ICON

Default 900x900px, these are simple, flat color or simple shaded icons. Your choice between chunky lineart and thing lineart. Simple BG (IE transparent, single color, pride flag, single element). Starts at $35 USD

Painted portraits

Default Half US Letter Size or A5 at 300dpi. These are portraits in a fully rendered style with full shading. Starts at $65USD

Illustrations

Fully characterised scenes, illustrations include a background elements in price, as well as rendering/shading. Starts at $65USD - $100USD depending on complexity of scene / characters.
Default sizing of 11'' x 14'' or B4 at 300dpi unless otherwise specified.

COMMISSION PROCESS⒈ send me an inquiry thru an ask, message, note, dm on the social media service you found me on (for example, tumblr). please provide an outline of the service you would like. i may ask you to provide references or ask for further clarification if you don’t include enough information in your inquiry before i accept or deny your inquiry.⒉ i will respond with whether i am accepting your commission. i do reserve the right to deny service for any reason however i will tell you up front.⒊ once i accept your commission i will draft a couple preliminary thumbnails for you to view and/or ask you more questions. once you choose the one you like best (or otherwise communicate to me the direction you want the piece to go into i will give you the price for the commission.⒋ if you would like to complete the purchase then 50% of the payment is required before i start the process. i will send you a paypal invoice.⒌ after the deposit is paid i will start on the commission. depending on level of complexity i may reach out to touch base with you more or less often. normally i will reach out at the refined sketch stage and line art or flats stages to make sure the piece is headed in a direction you want.⒍ you are definitely encouraged to check in more often if you would like, i will give updates as long as i am able to. any preview images will be watermarked and low quality.⒎ i do accept revision requests at the thumbnail and sketching phase, please give me all your input for how you want the piece to go. i can only do minor revisions as the piece goes on.⒏ i will send you a watermarked preview version of the final render for you to approve. the remaining balance of the piece must be paid at this time and then i will send you the unwatermarked image file in .jpg, .png, .bmp, .tiff, or .tga, though i will default to .png unless otherwise requested.
